Availability Calendar

Please check the availability of the item/s you would like to book from the Availability Calendar below before you make a booking on the booking form. YOU CAN NOT ALTER THE CALENDAR! Any date on the calendar that does not contain your item means that the date is open to make a booking (on the booking form) for that item. Please note the"+(x)more" button on dates which are populated. It is recommended to use the "Week" or "Agenda" views of the calendar. Also, clicking on a booked item will reveal details on the person for whom the booking has been made. An open date on the Calendar does not necessary imply that a booking will be approved and if for any reason your booking can not be made you will be notified by us via E-mail. Once your booking appears on the Availability Calendar it is confirmed. It is your own responsibility to check and make sure that your booking came through and appears on the calendar! Do not forget to make a separate appointment with an instructor should you need assistance in using your booked instrumentation! This should be done via e-mail. Use the booking form below to submit your booking after checking on the Calendar that the dates you require are open. Note that the maximum booking time allowed per item is 1 week. Please use the Instrumentation Assets Catalogue and the Training Videos to assist you in choosing the correct equipment for your project. Your booking is confirmed once it appears on the Availability Calendar which may take up to 24 hours. After you have submitted the completed form you will see a green message "Thank You! Your booking has been sent" at the top of the booking form (scroll back). If your booking does not appear on the Calendar within 24 hours and you have not received any message from caimlabs please inform us via e-mail: bookings@caimlabs.co.za.
